After working for 14 years in the Health and Fitness industry and specialized in sports injuries and rehabilitation my interest in using complementary therapies and particularly shiatsu grew and I believe that it can be very useful as a preventative measure.
I graduated from the European Shiatsu School as a practitioner in 2003 for my human studies. During the last 2 years of study I cross trained with tESA (the Equine Association of Shiatsu in this country) and became a Shiatsu Equine Practitioner.
I have spent 30 years around horses in a variety of sectors, from buying, breaking and schooling to dressage and racing, using this these therapies in the equestrian world was the next logical step for me.
